The Expo is 10 minutes drive away from Yun's Paradise. During the period from May to October 2010, there will be a daily 1-way complimentary shuttle service from hotel to Expo exhibition area. Bus will depart from hotel at 9.30am, limited to first 20 in-house guests on a first-come-first-served basis.

By Air: Taxis are available at Pudong Airport and Hongqiao Airport and take about 40 and 20 minutes respectively to reach the hotel. Alternatively, guests arriving at Pudong Airport can also take the airport-city shuttle (line 6) to go to the city centre. This shuttle stops on East Fuxing Road, which is about five minutes from the hotel. Guests can also make use of the hotel’s limousine service (subjected to additional costs).

Rates on our website are quoted in USD. Upon checking out of the hotel, guests will be charged in CNY and the exchange rate from USD to CNY will be calculated based on the daily exchange rate. Please note that in case you are settling your hotel bill in local currency or by credit card, there might be a difference in the room rate due to the currency exchange rate changes.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged USD 21.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable. 15 % service charge per room per night is not included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
